How parameter passing is being carried out?
As far as I know the parameter passing has been carried out in a simple way and that simple way is parameter has been put into the storage like memory has an organism’s ability to store, retain, and subsequently retrieve information. It is also carried out by not restricting on the length of parameters that passed.
Describe a layered operating system.
Ideally, Adaptive Server is the only major application on a machine, and must share CPU, memory, and other resources only with the operating system. Also layered has been separated in integer and each one of it has been build in top of subordinate layers which is the middle layer is 0 is the hardware and the utmost layer is N known as the user interface.

Accounting - To keep track of which users use how much and what kinds of computer resources
Protection and security - The owners of information stored in a multiuser or networked computer system may want to control use of that information, concurrent processes should not interfere with each other
Protection involves ensuring that all access to system resources is controlled
Security of the system from outsiders requires user authentication, extends to defending external I/O devices from invalid access attempts
If a system is to be protected and secure, precautions must be instituted throughout it. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
